What does event & wedding planning mean?
We are delighted to inform you about the services we offer and the help we can give you before and during the wedding day. Our company provides you with full wedding planning services from A to Z, offering all of them that are necessary. This means that our customers enjoy all the privileges and discounts of our partnerships within and outside areas of Greece, with top wedding photographers & videographers, make-up artists & hair-stylists, with Caterings, venues and generally with all our suppliers, who always work under our supervision and guidance. The couple leaves everything to us and our team to organize their wedding, without having to worry about anything.. you are always informed step by step for all the development and progress of preparations and of course always on the wedding day we are there to supervise at the time of the ceremony, and the Wedding Party as well. How long before should we start planning your wedding?
Depending on how much you want us to deal with all the details of your wedding , the sooner you come to us , the better. Ideally , and in order to say that a wedding will be properly organized and stress-free but also in order to achieve availability in venues ( we take care of finding your wedding venue as well ) , it is good to visit us eight months to a year before . Even if you haven't decided on the final date and/or venue for your wedding, we can guide you starting from scratch , tell you the steps you need to follow and together we will find the best possible solution that suits you .
What exactly is a themed wedding or event?
A themed wedding is a different way of organizing an event.
Basically, what we do is to give an identity to your wedding so that it responds perfectly to your taste and personality. Every event we organize is directed as a film production, treated by our team as a unique creation and that's why we put imagination, passion and a lot of personal work.
Do you undertake the floral and overall decoration of the church and wedding venue?
Yes, we take care of everything, both floral and overall decoration of the church and/or wedding venue. The concept/theme of each wedding is designed exclusively by Elite Events, and the overall decoration and setup is done by our team. The flower creations and arrangements are also designed and made by Elite Events florist with flowers imported from abroad.
How much does a wedding cost?
Without knowing details about the place and date, number of guests , budget and other important details , it is extremely difficult to send you a total price , because everything is tailor-made for each couple and wedding, and prices are always adjusted every time and in every case on the budget and needs of every couple.
Beyond that , we can always give you costs on individual services you may need . If we are talking about a destination wedding ( wedding planning outside Athens – e.g. islands or abroad ) , then clearly there are extra charges, concerning our team's transportation fees , accommodation and food.
Is there any charge for the first meeting with
Eite Events team?
Of course not, the first meeting is purely advisory and the purpose of it is to get to know each other, you tell us your needs so that we can guide you, and save you from the questions and anxieties that you'll have regarding your wedding planning; that's why we are here in the first place.
